Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is to ship your products purchased on the next business day but no later than two business days. Once the products leave our hands at the postal office, we are no longer responsible for the package. If a package comes damaged please notify the postal carrier of your issue. You may also contact us at candycarousel@hotmail.com to notify us that the package arrived damaged.  We will use that information so that we can make note if this becomes a consistent with a specific carrier and changes need to be made.
