Refund policy

We have a No refunded policy. We do everything in our power to make sure that your items get to you in perfect condition including but not limited to ice packs and proper packaging.

We are not responsible for miss handling after the product leaves our hands. If the package comes damaged, please contact the carrier that delivered your package.

Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Once the product has been processed and packaged, there will be no exchanges or changes on an order. Exception would be already prepacked that comes directly off of the shelf factory sealed and unopened,

Refunds
We do not refund for products, see above. There may be times that a credit for extra shipping costs may be refunded OR an order was canceled before fulfilled. This usually would happen if you made multiple orders on the same day for shipping fees and contacting us to cancel and order before it is fulfilled. If shipping fees are to be refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed and you were expecting a credit for shipping or canceling an order since we’ve approved your credit, please contact us at candycarousel@hotmail.com.
